I don't think that was intentional or telling. I think LeBron was very nervous. He said there were six teams in contention, but only mentioned five teams, after the Knicks were initially mentioned. I think he was simply aware that Cleveland was going to hate him for this and already was at the point of realizing that the press conference was a mistake. It's tough when you're trying to say the right thing, but know you've already been exposed and that you took the easy way out. I don't envy his position from that regard, but he did that to himself. Now all the criticism he gets will be justified.
