this plan was not a failure at all bro. we already got ****in amar'e, we can now sign/trade lee for randolph. we still got more capspace. we're building a team and we're going down to miami and we're gonna step on the necks of these 3 divas!!!!!!!

He was never a free agent to begin with he knew he was teaming up with Wade and Bosh. In my book never was a FA available to everyone. There is no failure when you don't know what he wanted. we all said Wade was never leaving and Bosh was following him. this was a pact deal that was made a long time ago.

We need to stay flexible and not settle for mediocre players. Stay away from mike miller and luke ridnour, let's get another star. We have 1 and if we get one more than this is still a success. Parker is the obvious choice and alongside a froncourt of gallo, amare, and possible randolph we have to be happy with that.

Trading those picks hurt. Not drafting Jennings is a monumental failure.

As I said before you do NOT make draft selections based on players who may NOT sign with us.

Never was never will.
You need to earn it here.
All majic stuff and focus-pocus is in Mikki Mouse land.
I will be more heappy if we will build our team up slowly step by step, stone by stone.
And this what we are doing so far and I am heappy with it.

GM's and Coaches are graded on RESULTS NOT Good Intentions.

Walsh's plan FAILED. End of Story.

Lebron was never in the bag when we made the trades.

The man is absolutly right. The plan was to sign James...point blank. That didnt happen....Now what? Another year of this circus and hope for Melo and Parker in 2011? great.

Jennings was a miss, maybe, we don't know. He sucked awful bad most of the season after the early hot start.

The picks? You mean PICK.

The trade? We didn't make it we don't even get Amare because we couldn't sell him that we could pair him with LBJ.

So, no, it wasn't a bad trade then and isn't a bad trade now.

Jordan Hill is TRASH. Jeffries is TRASH. Houston stinks and the 2011 pick still might not be a swap. 2012 we should be good enough to make that pick mostly inconsequential.

Just stop. Go hug Isles and Bluest and get it on already the three of you.

Some of you are taking this way too personally. I'm pissed he didn't come here and I think he's an idiot for going to Miami where he can't win or improve his brand regardless of how many championships he wins.

The bottom line for the Knicks and their fans is that they traded away 3 first round picks, gutted their team and have a maxed out injury waiting to happen Amare to show for it. Too bad we don't have a PG that can get anything close to what he did in Phoenix.

Also, remember all that talk about how D'Antoni was going to help recruit the big name free agents in 2010? That was all overblown BS. Amare came in spite of him. And his win now philosophy, instead of teaching and playing young players while losing games to help their draft position, cost the Knicks dearly.

Again, the whole plan wasn't very well thought out and was executed even worse. I really hope people don't get sucked back in and believe that Melo is coming here next year. Or Paul or even Parker at this point.

This sucks.

If it didn’t work in Phoenix with Nash and Stoutamire... it’s just not a winning formula. It’s an entertaining formula, but not a winning one. - Derek Harper talking about D'Antoni's System

BS. Anyone who has to make decisions is graded on the decisions. Not on how things beyond their control turn out.

Agreed. People need to realize that getting Randolph has nothing to do with the 2010 plan since we could have signed and traded Lee even if we were over the cap.

It at least needed to be one of the big 3 now in Miami. Bidding against ourselves to get someone with countless question marks doesn't help DW's case.

WTF!! And you think we would have S&T'd him if we had no caproom to sign a superior pf?! What you saying is bs Bonnie. Getting Randolph and anyone else we now pick up is directly related to the caproom we freed up. If you say otherwise, youre being a blind fool.

I highly doubt what you say is correct. I agree with every word Isles was posted here but you'd be 100% wrong if you said I was happy over this news.
