Unofficial Bucher poll results of those I've spoken to today: 4 for Cle, 3 for NY. Not sure why Chi got no love but it didn't.

Not for nothing, but so far, Lebron hasn't said a thing. The media has hyped this out the wazoo... this "Decision" thing might be frustrating us, though thecharitable spin makes it seem nice. All I am saying is as long as I have been following Lebron, he hasn't done a thing that made me think ill of him. Now, all I hear is media portrayals of his actions and people want to crucify him.

I think he is getting a good idea what it will be like to play in NY-- the treatment from the fans... but when it is good, there is no better place to play.

You know I gonna spin wit it

Well, I think this need for an hour long special to announce his decision is part of his image problem.

And basically, if he chooses another team (other than the Cavs) it's a rejection. If he takes Miami he's saying he wants to play for another team, but not New York, and nobody likes being rejected.

I'm sure LeBron is the same guy he's always been, but none of us really knows what that means.

the chris paul signing with LRMR sealed it for me.

lebron will try to get paul to cleveland. if he can't by 2012, he'll leave for brooklyn.

The 3 year contract idea, I assume.

yup, maybe even a player opt out after two - aka the same year chris paul is free.

I guess if the media and govt can convince us that some guys who lived in caves pulled off and was responsible for 911 all by themselves then we as a people can believe anything. Why not string us along sheesh

Anyone have any idea what they're going to fill the remaining 50 minutes of The Decision with? My guess: slow motion, zoomed-in shots of Craig Ehlo collapsing in despair when Jordan hit that game-winner.

there was an announcement from an ad exec that the decision would not be announced in the first 15 minutes.

i'm guessing 9:45pm.

Hahahaha. They should wait until 9:59 pm and then put up a big "To Be Continued..."

Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

Before he says his answer they should cut it off like the last episode of The Sopranos and just have 30 seconds of black screen before the credits start rolling.

LMAO! If that happened, I would laugh so hard. It could even become a mini-series, who knows?
