Wait didnt Lebron want Jamison instead of Amare at the trade deadline? Im just saying. Last time I checked Lebron wanted a stretch 4.

Only way I see NY offering a Max to Amare this early is if they feel they aren't going to get Lebron or Bosh. Amare and Arenas isnt that bad and is the same as Amare and Johnson to me.

Uh, no.

Cavs tried to trade for Amare but Suns wanted more than JJ Hickson. Jamison was a backup plan they already had in place.

I guess Im the only one that feels Gallo can play PF next to Lebron. Amare against centers would be David Lee Part Deux.

So basically we have two separate sources based in Phoenix who believe the Knicks just gave Amare a max offer, one of them going as far to say the Suns have now dropped out

strange that Amare won't want a S&T if he could get it. I gotta believe that PHO would be happy with DLEE and Lee wouldn't mind going to that team either.

i think Amare is gonna play C for us. and Gallo is gonna be that stretch 4 Lebron wanted. Amare can't be worse than David Lee. never in a 1000 years could Lee outplay Tim Duncan the way Amare did a few years back.

bad contract vs less bad contract (either guy fits both sides in my view)... we have a choice, why choose either.
