If Jerome develops his base strength--he will turn out to be a steal @ 44. This truly was the save face of the night. I'm not saying Fields cant be a good player or that Rautins may be able to fill a role but my God for 10 years now with the exception of chumps and 47 year old Dikembe --who was our best C - A Mcdyess for 3 pre season games we just did not address the defensive side of the court in the middle. Would I rather have Jordan H drafted Whiteside resigned David lee on top of Jordan--yes--but I guess with the Knicks its baby steps baby steps baby steps.
