You guys had better hope that we end up with Joe Johnson when all of this is over the way that it looks right now.
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

How you gonna shot if you don't get the ball?

Right now we could have David Lee(6X11 starting at 9) Jordan Hill Hassan Whiteside Jerome Jordan all of our picks + 15 mm in cap space. Instead we have Jerome Jordan and 34mm in cap space

In this scenario we have built the foundation of a very strong frontline for years to come under our control and destiny

The other scenario is we have Jordan and 34mm

We fcd up. Wrong coach wrong system wrong mentality from the team.

Briggs- Hey- we'd also have Jefferies, and lets say we missed out on Lebron or another big name this off season.

We could really tank it this year, next - still be able to go into a full, real rebuilding vs. the speed dating version we tried.

Land a top 5 pick, and we could be on our way.

Instead, we miss out on Lebron, I really think its 5 years before things can be turned around again on this franchise.

who knows? Maybe we get the next Michael Beasley, OJ Mayo, Kevin Love, Greg Oden, Michael Conley, Jeff Green, Bargnani, Adam Morrison, Tyrus Thomas, Sheldon Williams... all top 5 picks.

I'm sorry, but we didnt trade these picks for Marbury and Curry. We traded them because there is a legit chance to sign franchise caliber talent, and all star talent after that. If you have that chance you take it.

The only time this worked for us is when we got Earl the Pearl, ever since then we've been bridesmaids. I still lament that we never develop our own and from the looks of it we never will.

buddapaw... hasnt that changed a bit? Wasnt there a clear commitment to play Chander and Gallo over much higher paid veterans?

It seems with Douglas, Fields, Rautins that Walsh is looking for high work ethic skilled players that can fill out the bottom part of the rotation.

There was a commitment to Gallo and Chandler but the rookies did not get a chance to play and the guys ahead of them were marginal vets with expiring contracts that were not a part of the future. D'Antoni has a history of not playing rookies and it made no sense last year. Hopefully this year he commits to playing and developing the young guys.
