Cap space is a semi check, they have room for 1.85 max's right now when/if the Hinnrich deal goes down.
Chicago could give away Johnson and Gibson IF they have too.
If you factor in them possibly working out a S&T with Toronto where they absorb Bosh and take Hedo off their hands then this is a non-issue.
If you sign Lebron first then S&T for Bosh then the 125% rule comes into place.

Deal would have to happen in 2 parts
Part1:
Bosh and Hedo for Deng and trade exemption
Part2:
Deng to Orlando
Gortat and Pietrus to Toronto
these arent even plausible.
