Gallo? Are you insane? He's the key to our future. He's who will open the floor for Lebron and Co. The answer to your question is that they take Curry because he is an expiring $11m for them the year before Melo comes up. and they shed Brand. What more could they possibly ask for than that?

It would be a gut check but most GM's would do that, so I can't really believe that this deal is really floating out there.
It's not floating out there. I just floated it as an idea for us to kick around. It's risky, but if we can retain Lee, it might be a solid move for a couple of years until Brand becomes an expiring. And if he can get approximately back to form, he would be an asset we could use. The risky part is Turner (as mentioned above) because we would essentially be signing him to a max deal for two years until we could trade Brand's expiring. Still, I bet Lebron would be enticed.
Also, Turner's stock could rise pre-draft. Wall is great and all, but a number of scouts have Turner rated higher. If that shifts, it's not out of the question that we land Wall. Now tell me that's not an (admittedly long-shot) possibility. How's this sound...
Lee
Gallo
LBJ
Turner (or Walker)
Douglas (or Wall)
We trade Chandler for a big who can bang, rebound and block shots. I think it has potential. But I only like the Wall move if we can't sign Lebron. If we land the King, I PREFER Turner.
