Terence Williams emerged down the stretch of the season...he's their answer at SF. Briggs makes sense with the Monroe idea. Nets need a big man. It really depends on who they can sign....that person might very well be David Lee.
Holy shot....would the Nets trade that pick to get David Lee???
I wanted us to draft T-Will or Clark BTW
The same T-Will BRIGGS stated wouldn't amount to much in the NBA. T-Will is a facilitator, so much so the Nets may consider trading Harris as Thorn has already admitted
"We have been fielding calls on Devin, I'm not going to lie about it."
That being said You make T-Will become the point forward and slide Johnson over to the 3. Sign Free Agents to fill in other holes. I love how Kinck fans like to point out supposed redundancy on a team when look at the Lakers? Look at our very own Knicks.
WesJo is like Grant Hill and Shawn Marion rolled into one player. T-Will is like a poor man's Lebron/Vince Carter. Lebron and Grant Hill definitely could have played together.
You draft BPA if you are the Nets because for the most part they have positions filled.
I like Greg Monroe but like many have concerns over he's like a Paul Milsap type good player, nice skillset, adds depth to a team, but he isn't a player who looks to dominate or has enough of a mean streak to his game. I was high on him last year and still would take him but he didn't show enough growth from this year compared to last year.
Why would the Nets trade the pick when they can sign Lee outright if they want him?
