This could be just what Eddy needs. A little time off from the rigors of the NBA season to heal up, so he can come back next season and really dominate. My only concern is that D'Antoni may have a personal vendetta against him. Therefore, I really think the Knicks should consider bringing Isiah back next season. He knows how to get through to Curry. In that event, a perfect complement would be a combo of Marbury & Francis. I know that Donnie Walsh is thinking the same thing - that this would be the perfect use of the cap space that he has cleared. Get it done Donnie!

Here's a photo of when Curry supposedly used to be good....

Don't we all miss that?

i think the time off will have helped his game a lot next year... having had a chance to watch & learn from guys like Fishlips & Bender will no doubt benefit his game in the long run.... MDA has handled him perfectly IMHO... next year he's gonna beast.

After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

10 games in two years and no serious injury?
This has got to be reason for termination of his contract. At least a part of it.

The sad thing is, it seems to upset fans more than management.

Jones- you want to bring Isiah back? I though Larry Brown handled him much better, and I believe read a rumor that he was already looking to leave the Bobcats.

Better yet, we should have two head coaches. And, we'll let them coach alternate games - and then mid year, whoever's record is better, gets to stay!

I don't think any of his team mates think he is a joke. Curry is a good guy, and he could be the answer next year to having a real center.

I mean, yes, the last two years have been horrible. But he can play the game and produce.

Give me the Curry that put up 16 & 7 at the 5, move Lee to the 4 and maybe if we strike out on Lebron and only get Joe Johnson, then maybe I could have hope for a 500 season.

Now, to do that, we'd probably have to fire MDA.

You can't have the Curry that put up 16 & 7. He's gone. This is what he is now. Stop dreaming.

Yup... the guy is broken down physically, or so it would seem.

Some of you guys act like victims of domestic violence. Keep getting beat down, and keep coming back for more. Move on!

The guy has slimmed down. Doesn't matter what he does, the fact is, unless there is a buy out or he is traded, we're stuck with him.

We've taken a gamble with McGrady and others have mentioned Jermaine O'Neal - both guys that have had injury filled stretches- maybe worth a shot.

Curry does have a chance to get back to his form. Is it 100%? No. But he has shown up slimmed down, and that speaks to motivation.
