It would be karma if Pat Riley losses Dwyane Wade to New York after how he left New York in 1995.

And we can't have seb gagging while marv is squirting. That would just be wrong.
lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

Well all the naysaying is starting to die down, cuz teams like Miami and Toronto just aren't looking very viable as contenders. Miami is a bit different in that they have Wade and could bring him a sidekick to make him want to stay. However the thing that would really help us is the Cavs not getting to the finals or losing again. It's not a big shot, but if that happens I think it's a lock that Lebron comes here. Wade to chicago would seem a bit odd in that Rose is already there and kind of a Wade lite. It's gonna be a wild summer tho!

Who knows what Wade's housing actions mean.

Yet I've felt he'd either stay in Miami and try to get Amare or Bosh to join him - or, he'd go to Chicago. I didn't really figure we'd be an option for him. Never know of course but I don't expect it.

Going to be a wild summer. May everyone be up to date on their liquor collections and vicodin & xanax prescriptions!

I can't say I'm actually looking forward to the offseason. It's going to be interesting but it's going to be frustrating as hell as negotiations drag on or players get signed by other teams. Going to be a tough offseason to follow unless it goes real quick and real good for us. It's unlikely it will. I still think we'll do good things, but, probably won't be perfect.

We cant mess this offseason up.

Walsh trading those conditional picks in 2011 and 2012 makes the pill of overpaying Joe Johnson or someone else palatable. If we suck we have no incentive so overpaying for aging guys who will at least make us decent is ok with me at this point.

No way Atlanta pays Joe Johnson close to 20 million per even for 5 yrs. So worse case we overpay Johnson for 5 years and resign Lee. Now while that isnt the ideal summer we'd still might be able to package Curry and Chandler for Maggette and filler(Randolph, Turiaf, Wright). Now I know you probably hate Maggette but his deal is only 3 more years which is better than signing Chandler for 5-6 yrs.

We potentially run this lineup:

Turiaf
Lee
Gallo
Johnson
Douglas

Bench:
Walker
Giddens
Maggette
Bender

We'd be running a more offensive version of Atlanta's lineup.

It's between the Knicks and the Bulls. I think if the Knicks strike out on Lebron, Wade will come, followed by Mello in 2011. I have a hard time seeing Wade go to Chicago playing alongside Rose a very similar slashing type guard when he could come to the bright lights of NY.

Wade already has his Chip, I think right now its about that shine for him... Let's see what happens, but im calling it.. my bet is on Wade switching teams this summer.

Hope so
Our Knicks gotta get someone
Wade made remarks he had better vibes on going to Nets since their org is better run

However I agree I cant see Wade going home to Chi-town
he'd be in shadow of Jordan too much unless he won few rings there and I cant see him going thru it

NY is better option for him and us if LBJ does not come here
we see and hope !
