I have no idea what you just said.

Anyway its a good shot. Especially for a team over the luxury tax. There is a opportunity there for sure. We saw it at this deadline and the Jazz are well run franchise. NO is not

pretty basic english... seems like u don't want to address this one, i've posed this question to you about 5 times already... u'r fine with giving up a #8 lottery pick & draft rights to 2 future 1st rounders to dump a $7 million dollar contract, but rag on people who supported trading down 10 spots in the lottery to dump $33 million dollars worth of Zach's contract 2 years ago... & now you're suggesting New Orleans would be ready to dump 1 of the best looking rookie prospects that came out of the last draft to dump a $15 million dollar contract... you're all over the place.

TMS this thread is a very proposal in this thread.

Trade Chandler and Walker. Two young, cheap and athletic wing players to

Hornets

for

Collison and Peja.

From BB standpoint NO gets younger players, and Chandler is a solid rotation guy. NY clearly gets the better end of it from a talent standpoint, but NO doesnt dump a contract. Trading a long term guy for an expiring is dumping a contract. This is a trade that reduces NO payroll by $18mm because of the luxury tax.

Sorry, but this is a big deal for owners. Jazz just traded Brewer for nothing to get out of luxury tax and we are talking a $2mm contract. Their best wing defender for nothing on a playoff team in the same conference.

There is a certainly a market for this type of deal for the Knicks. Collison will never start on NO so long as they have Paul. If you want to argue that a better deal is out there for them fine, but not a lot of deals will put $18mm right into a cheap owners (Shin IS cheap) wallet.

You disagree. I get it. But there is a market for this. We just saw it

i realize the value that saving on the luxury tax holds for owners... 1 of the reasons i supported the trade down in the lottery to dump Zach idea was because of the huge monetary & cap savings when u also factor in the luxury tax over a 2 year span... u killed me for it then & u still think it was a stupid idea... now you're using that same reasoning to support your trade proposal, only now you're talking a significantly lesser amount of dollars in savings, & New Orleans isn't even under the gun to get under the cap for a free agent run this summer... i just don't get your double standard reasoning here.

if u had proposed Wilson & Gallo for Collison & Peja, i could maybe see it from a talent value standpoint... even still, Collison holds a ton of value right now for that franchise because of CP3's health status, & they won't part w/a rookie prospect like that readily... Bill Walker is not opening any eyes other than Knick fans right now... he'll have to put up 20 pt games over a longer stretch than 2 or 3 games before he holds any kind of real trade value around the NBA... we got him as a throw in for a player we didn't even want anymore, u mine as well think of him as a 2nd round pick value wise if that.

& regardless, the Hornets already have a talented young wing player of the future they're currently grooming in Marcus Thornton who has been seriously balling of late, why would they be interested in Bill Walker? Wilson i can maybe see if they wanted to use him as a 3, but he won't be enough to get you back Darren Collison regardless.

nobdy is talking about Zach here. Why are you?

It doesnt have to make sense from a talent standpoint. I already gave an example of why it doesnt. If it made sense from a talent standpoint I wouldnt take back $15mm for a gimpy shooter on his last legs.

I'm not trying to match talent. I'm looking at examples where we can use cap space to get talent. Thats a prime target. Cheap owner, player they dont need, luxury tax team = good chance. Collison for them is an asset. In this case its a put $18mm in my owner's pocket asset. GMs look at this stuff. They work for the owner (in case we forgot that)

i bring up Zach because i've seen you make comments in recent threads still ragging on people for supporting the trade down to dump him idea, & i find it curious how u'r going to the opposite extreme & using the same kind of logic times 10 to support the T-Mac trade & now this idea of yours to get Darren Collison... i've asked u to explain urself a few times now on this issue & you never offer up an answer... ur still hedging around the issue telling me GMs value monetary savings so much they should be willing to give up assets to save on the luxury tax... so why are u still so critical of people who supported the Zach trade idea?

I gave you an exact example of a GM giving up an asset that could be critical to his teams success for financail reasons. All I am saying is if we cant sign a FA we sould try to take advantage of that market.

I think my thoughts are pretty clear. Im done on the topic

Get a fifth of Everclear for each and see whose left standing at the end of the night.

A couple of weeks ago, I took two three shots of that An adderol and a couple of other goodies and I passed out on a streetlight while I was barhopping.

hahaha... thats a bad combo dude.

I met two friends, a guy and a girl one night for drinks. Both popped a couple xanax before heading out to mellow the groove. We hung out for about 2-3 hours. Nothing crazy, probably had about 5-6 beers or so. Both passed out in their cars on the way home. One at a light and another slowly drove onto someone's lawn. Both passed their blood alcohol test! They got reckless driving or some ****. Neither had ANY recolection of anything past playing pool.

Yep. I didnt even pass out in a car. I passed out walking as we we're waiting at the stoplight. I rested my head on the post and --- Lights out!

I'm pretty much an alcoholic at this point so I can withstand a lot, but The Clear wiped away my whole memory of that night beyond an hour or two past those shots. Had to hear all the ridiculousness from my sober friend the next day. Not the business.

The most potent liquor you can buy off the shelves. Its more than double the potency of everything else outside of Bacardi 151 and such. Its like 190 proof. Pretty much pure alcohol and it tastes like a lit match when you take shots of it.

pretty much. I think if you put that shyt in your car it would run for days. Its hot gas, mang.

Its good to have around in case you need to get drunk with the quickness. One or two of those things will have you good for a minute as opposed to taking 6-8 shots of something else. Like if you need to pre-party but you only got 5 minutes. Its efficient.

But if you mess with that shyt tough or combine it with other stuff, you're guranteed blacking out and you better be with someone you trust because its either the pokey or you're waking up in a ditch. Stuff is insane.

U'd be surprised. Most girls love that stuff. But only in a mixed drink. Then again, my refrence point is mostly the college crowd but females are usually down That stuff will get the night active. Not even a question.

But if you want to be slick about it just rip the label off of it and make sure she sees you pour yourself the same alcohol so she doesnt think ur spikin...lol
