hill didnt get much consistent time out there, and td cant have shown much more as he (still) has the same prob of getting legit mins. is td trash to you or based on where he was selected, its a bit easier to take him not playing/showing much?

TD is great? Based on what? Some confabulated fantasy?

Just checking.

I thought you were pissed we took Hill to begin with!

I think that move makes some sense if the Knicks had their picks. Cal was a good nba coach and for a short while did change the culture in NJ. He lost his locker room when some trades were made and the lock out happened when he was a Net. He truly is a guy that is very respected in the NBA by his peers and he obviously has won in more than one place in college.

Aren't you the guy that wants to build the team on Kyrol Frysenkso or some unknown fool like that?

Seriously...do you listen to yourself?

Are you even a Knick fan?

And you have the gall to tell me I don't know what it takes to build a team.

YOU DO? LOL?

Ah, no biggie, but I have talked up Douglas since the beginning. He showed this fire, desire, and at least some smarts. Always ready, always in shape, always plays hard. And when he plays he looks pretty good.

I like the kid.

Hill, on the other hand as I have said... ehhhh no. Terrible.

id like to see ANY of the guys who are gonna be here do something. if hill was gonna be here, fine, landry, same. we have what, 2 guys who, baring any trades, are 2010'ers. it would be flippin amazing if curry walked and left his option as that would help major in getting some role players.

You see how the cavs had a boatload of players up and down the roster who can play--even missing their two 7+ footers?

We have no infrastructure built--we have no foundation. God- forbid we spend 1.5mm $ on a 7-1 300 pound guy who can knock a few guys on their arses when needed. Good draft pick here--good cheap pick up there--great pick here solid trade there--we just havent had that--we havent built the foundation. You don't understand that part. You know what Jim Calhoun wouldve said to Gallo tonight when he had no rebounds after 3 Q's--we'll number 1 he wouldnt been allowed to play stat minutes against the third team and he wouldve heard the word pssy 10 times.

Are you the only person who doesn't understand the well publicized plan to build through free agency in 2010? Then, yes we can pick up cheap players. The game plan is to get the top free agent talent available, then build from there. I understand that you disagree. But do you have to come along kicking and screaming? The plan is in motion and for all the complaining in the world, the moves that have been made cannot be undone. What do you seek to gain from constant argument against the Knicks plan. I appreciate your scouting threads. Except where you blame the Knicks management for not making a pick. Maybe you could spend more time on scouting threads.

The Knicks have acquired a boatload of guys with major knee issues and another third string point guard to run the team.
