the past two games he shot 7-11.. that is not a funk.. maybe lack of touches, and attempts but funk? has his production dropped some.. yes, but funk? chris duhon shooting 20% was a funk...

FUnny, lets just ignore that he and chandler are also leading the team in blocks.... while playing mostly perimter players.. while our man in the middle has only 26 blocks... gallo 47.. LOL.. the kid is husting on defense, is brining his game inside the arc.. one of the complaints fans had.. now that he is doing that, he is in a funk because he is not shooting threes....

It is no suprise that both he and chandler shots go down after getting rid of jeffries and brining in T-mac and House... both guys who shoot the ball quite a bit.. go figure..

what a joke..

Just hope lebron really signs with us.. after our first 4 game losing streak, can't wait to see the boos rain down. LOL

Thanks, that's what I meant to say. The dude leads the league in 3pt % and he is a bust? Sheesh.

He has also launched more 3pointers than any other player in the league and is tied for 31st in the NBA in 3FG %.

If you're the 6th pick in the draft you better be good. I'm not seeing much of a difference in Ryan Anderson and Omar Casspi right now.

Danillo shoots it at 41.8% from the field. That is horrible. Casspi 46.4%. They are the same age and one isn't force fed the ball.

He looks lost out there. We want the best for him, but you can lie to yourself.

Puleeeez. The guy has a few slow games and he's a bust? Only in NY.

A few slow games!?! How many fast games has he had? 3?

Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

well I am going to help you out here.. not sure what casspi you are watching but the guy has been struggling.. was shooting 50% from three early this season and is now down to 37%... he is admitting he is having a hard time.. I watch pretty much all of the kings game, this guy last night was bricking layups.. if casspi played for the knicks most of you would hate his guts... not sure why you compare gallo to casspi.. and force fed the ball.. gallo and caspi pretty much average the same amount of shots per game..

And as far as ryan anderson is concerned.. come on man the guy is averaging 7ppg and shooting 35% from downtown.. are you kidding me?

Oh and I got one for you... with all of the negative gallo talk.. he is having a better year than Hedo turkoglu.. a guy who some of you said gallo would be lucky to be as good as..... let the spin begin....

funny thing is, he is having a better year than guys like hedo.. I am sure the raps would swap hedo for gallo.. especially considering the production, age and salary.. for sure!

intersting stuff.. and I agree with him somewhat... gallo is going to have to start making more shots, but when a guy only gets so many touches, it is hard to miss a few shots and stay comfortable knowing you won't see the ball much again... and the same thing with douglas, he is looking for douglas to do certain things, but how are you going to see those things in 3 minutes? he has all of these stipulations for rookies but the vets can continue to play no defense and chuck undicisplined shots? mike loses me with that logic..

I'm trying to stay out of Gallo "arguments" at this point. In 2 years, if he is doing what he is doing now, I'll have something to say. In 2 years (or next year if he develops more quickly than I anticipate) if he is playing like I think he can play, I will have something to say.

No point in arguing with some of the people who post around here at this time- I am too old to deal with some of the immature impatience and ignorant statements that certain folks throw out here on a regular basis.

Some of these folk are some of the people, by the way, who crucified Hill and probably had orgasms over Jennings earlier in the year, but don't say much about Jennings after a February where he shot about 31% from the field.

I expect a lot from Gallinari as a player, and am not happy with some of his play over the past weeks, but I have been around too long to think that the player we see now is the one we will be watching in a few years, and anyone who does believe that he is not going to get better is simply being obtuse.

TKF I tried to tell coach doesn't have confidence in him and you refused to believe me. This video really said a lot. You mix this video in with the video of him before the previous game discussing how Gallo needs to be more active like House what does this tell you? He said they draw up plays for him but he has to prove he can hit shots...LOL! Is D'AnToni for real...seriously!

This is why our coach is a BUM. He speaks double talk

D'Antoni's style of developing young players "go get your own shot".
Knicks paid $6 mill/year to D'Antoni for this? Walsh is starting to worry me.

All the fans that bashed my opinion of Gallo and his daddy Danphoney need to zip it.

You have lost credibility with your bias opinion of the two. It has come to fruition and you have no answers to why rec-ball doesn't work and gallup is a one trick pony and taken #6 overall is unexceptable.

Walsh and Danphoney drafting Gallo and Jordan hill and trading 2 draft picks shows us they are incompetent?

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

You are a genius. Just like you saw Isiah's success back in 2003, his downfall in 2007 and Walsh's downfall in 2010.

Man, what else do you see? Are we going to get a big time player here or is stiff-legged bad-back Bustnari the only player we have to look forward to for the next 10 years?

honestly, I can't believe anyone even responds to his post.. I have stopped long ago....with his childish behavior and lack of basketball knowledge.... it is a complete waste of time... I know his history... it is filled with epic failure on message boards.... what does that tell you about his opinions?
