i didn't appreciate that he seemed to goof off a lot in the layup line rather than getting ready for the game. i won't miss him.

If they devoted time into him and chose to utilize him a lot & the proper way, he would've shown what he showed me last year in the Pac-10 -- that his game actually has a good deal of polish to it...He was never given an opportunity here at all. And the times he did play, he wasn't put in the right spots to succeed -- the man belonged under the basket operating inside out, not 25 feet from the tin setting picks...Setting picks for who exactly, Chris Duhon??? Our PG who can't take the ball to the rim to save his life? Just checking...And then when he did roll to the bucket off those high picks, he never got the ball once...Not once. 95% of his offense came when he got the ball 20' from the basket and decided to put the ball up..You wanna say part of the problem was his fault at first, coming into the summer league out of shape, fine. I can see that. But believe me, you will all hear from this guy again. He will turn into a player. He was very good at Arizona last year and can do many "big man" things quite well. Good luck Jordan, I'll miss you.

very well put.. I think the rockets wanted him all along.. the picks were just to stick it to the knicks.. this kid can play. i was just talking to jordan hill's cousin and he is happy that hill is getting away from the knicks.. felt he was being used wrong here in NY.... Knicks fans are so quick to label kids bust, but this kid can play and I am sure the rockets coaches are excited to get him.. Just look at the work they put in with hayes and landry.. Hill has more talent than both.. I can't wait to see what they do with him. they also have kevin martin, one of my favorite players.. I will be keeping a close eye on that team...

Hill is reunited with Buddinger also. I like the Rockets team, coach and managements commitment to youth. I think the combination of high character vets like Battier and Ariza and youth is working well for them.

What's the point of not getting Lee out of here right now? If you are really going on in, why is he still here when he can just walk? You can't hope that he will be willing to participate in a S&T in the summer. They got 7 minutes to find a partner.

knicks are going to use some of the cap space to keep lee.. Just dumb ass management!!! lee plays the same position gallo plays... LOL.. WTF!

Lee got what he wanted from this team. He got his all-star bid and now can get his money. Dude said as much during all-star weekend. If they are looking to get Lebron and Bosh then that means they aren't looking to keep me. Sounds like a guy that may already putting out feelers. If I was a team why would I be willing to help out the Knicks if I can sign him outright knowing that the Knicks have their hands tied waiting on those two max deals.

Jordan Hill, you never even got a chance here & it's a damn shame our coach had to be such a damn fool by playing Fishlips 35+ a night while you languished on the bench... i hope you go to Houston & become a very nice player for the Rockets.

After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

MDA really did a bad job with the rookies this year, knowing damn well that the team was on the verge of transition. If he played this kid and used him the right way to the point where he got comfortable, had some real success and was given an opportunity to show his worth, maybe then we wouldn't have had to include him in this T-Mac deal. Or maybe we could've held onto that 2012 pick...

Agreed. Devalueing assets and coaching with no apparent thoughts regarding the future of the team are big problems with this coach.

that's because (imo) he came in thinking the 1st 2years were throwaway years. Think about it for a moment.......the way he has yanked guys around (you play good today you start, bad tomorrow and who knows when you'll play again.). He total lack of communication skills hasn't helped matters.

If he was going to take this approach, why make the rooks suffer. He's never liked playing rooks but he was always playing to win.

the fact that you can't even have an unrelated thread without some tool here bringing him up make me think that rational minds are few and far between. Bunch of emotionally weak, angst riddled people. I mean, how many times can you argue the same shyt
