BRIGGS, the whole point of this "going under the cap thing" is for us to find a quicker way to get top talent that you would ordinarily get via the draft.
If we don't get guys like Bosh, Wade, LeBron, or even Joe Johnson....then I doubt Walsh uses the cap on role players as we already have had enough of those in the past decade.
It's basically all-stars or bust at this point. Once we get those guys, we can then focus on players like the ones you have listed.
