Climate scientists have said that severe weather, both hot and cold, are a part of climate change. The argument is that warmer air temperatures produce more moisture, and thus more snow/rain.

So the douchebag in me shined bright this morning. After I was finally finished with my shovelling, I decided to throw some snowballs at nothing just to see how far I can throw. Then I saw my across the street neighbors basketball net, and tried to see if I could make a basket from my front door. I came very close a couple of times. And no, there was nothing even remotely nearby.

Clean up. Plow gave me a nice present of 4' high and 6 feet wide of berm to take out. Ridiculous.

Got 24" maybe more. Neighbors' driveway was clear at 4Pm. He had 16" new snow this AM. That would put us in the 24-26 range. 5" early morning. 5" early afternoon. 16" later afternoon and evening.

Incredible stuff.
