Gallanari has been for quite some time showed signs of being unfocused or sluggish , but I have been crucified for bringing it up.

Many have denied these accusations coming from me and a few others here. So I brought in a opinion that isn't a part of the uk crew just to explain in a different way how the kid really has been playing when many here made 1000 excuses for his play.

Sadly David Lee is our best player. He plays zero D but the guys is dam near good for 20 and 10 a night. The issue is Lee is playing is a PF playing center and Gallinari is a PF playing SF. We need to decide who is our PF of the future. Obviously our decision might get made for us if David Lee receives jets in free agency.

Gallinari doesn't appear to be moving very fluid. I personally think his back is stiffening up on him. Some nights he looks decent and other nights he looks like he is moving in molasses. I doubt he'd have that Phil Jackson back chair if he didnt need it.

When people can't handle the truth. there is a propensity to try and discredit you !

What is the point here? Maybe Gallo is tired? HItting the wall as a 21 year old not having played a 82 game season? Maybe he is worn out? Maybe he is playing hurt at the moment?

Should we trade him? Admit he was a mistake? Waive him? Publically flog him?

Or look at the glass half full that he has up and down games, is growing into the life of an NBA player and has showned legit skills, and has a future?

They didnt tell us his back was that serious after the summer league injury. In the end though he required surgery like 8 months later.

I dont expect Gallo to blame poor play on a stiff back anyway. Did Richardson cry about his back while he was here? Did Johnson cry about his back while he was here? Not talking about it doesn't mean his back is 100%.

I don't think Gallo has hit a stinkin wall. I think a few things are happening:

1) Teams are catching on to what he likes to do and pressure him on the perimeter.

2) Gallo settles for a 3pt set shot too often.

3) He is not naturally inclined to drive to the hoop. Meaning it's not second nature to him.

4) He has suspect handle and looks at the ball when he bounces it.

5) He has no mid range game.

6) No post up game.

7) Too eager to swing the ball to a teammate even though he may have a shot.

8) Slow as mail during Xmas.

9) Suspect jumping ability.

10) Questionable back problem?????

Gallo is a young buck but as much as some of you are looking for these things to go away now, a lot of the above items will only get better with time and experience we hope. Regardless if you like Gallo or not, the above items most can't argue with and we can only hope they are corrected in the near future.

NO, they shut him down, and it was documented that his back was giving him problems since the run in with tractor... Shutting him down and him not being ready for training camp is a way of them saying.. OK, something is wrong here..

Was Q back a real problem when he was here? and LJ didn't have to complain, when he had back problems he missed games, LJ also was getting shots and taking medication for the back pain.. that is why LJ retired.. these things are documented.. so far all I hear is a bunch of speculation from guys around here who I am sure are not privy to his medical records...

I'm not the only one who see what the gall really is.

"I think they're trying to show LeBron that (Danilo) Gallinari is a good piece to build around," said the Cavs official.

"I like him as a player but right now he's one-dimensional

This is all I have been saying and people try and crucify me. LOL Cav's official is saying the same thing.

Playa, you're right and wrong. Gallo has some issues to work on. He has all the talent in the world to be a much better player than he is but he isn't right now. He should be taking people off the dribble, b/c he can, and getting to the line. He also needs to be using his midrange game much more often.

But he's a rookie adjusting to his first full and real season as an NBA player. He's showing good and bad signs, and as trivial and clicheish as it sounds, we'll know next year if he's going to build himself up. Maybe he'll get even more blocked shots next season or maybe he'll start moving without the ball and also taking the ball to the basket. Maybe he'll work on his postup game. Or maybe he'll (And hopefully not) stick to being a three point specialist.

People attack you because you always seem agenda driven. You're either always trying to prove a point against Gallo or against MDA.

15) premature ejaculation

16) Stiff back, heavy legs, not cool like the black players

17) too much hair gel.

18) Likes Lady GaGa

19) Misses his mother

20) Calls MDA "uncle Mike" by accident

People talk about Duhon over and over again are they agenda driven or is it just facts they would like to discuss ?

Is it becase Duhan is not 21 years old and signed as a veteran free agent to be our starting Point? Nobody expected him to be a star, and when he is rested seems to be play well. Everyone likes Duhan, just does not like that the guy wears out and is frustrated.

Or cuz he is black? Or does his Duke background exempt him from that? Look at Grant Hill. Look at Maggete. If "Corey" stayed 4 years at Duke he's be Grant Hill. Duke does that to people. (insert Danny Ferry Joke here)

I say we give Duhan another pass cuz he is from Louisiana and LA is very cool these days. "Who Dat"!!!!! Dat Duhan!!! New Orleans has been thru a lot and Needs Duhan to succeed in NYC!!!!!!

Gallo gets a few more free passes cuz he is 21, only played 23 games last season, is PROGRESSING and has upside.

Also if DLee bolts who are the white fans going to cheer for? Lebron??

I think rookie wall is a good call. He's been playing major minutes. Last season, his minutes were limited and he didn't play that many games.

Duhon is flat out playing like sheeeeot. Gallinari is showing signs and he's also essentially a rookie. Big difference.
