Saints announcer Buddy Dilberto promised to wear a dress down Bourbon Street if the Saints ever made The Super Bowl. He transitioned to that Superdome in the sky in 2007. Here is the parade in his honor last Sunday. That is former quarterback Bobby Hebert on the back of the flatbed.
