I don't think this guy will be better than Lee Offensively. Lee can dish, rebound, has a nice J and score with either hand. I don't see nothing special in Speights.
I read somewhere that his D is suspect. He looked good against Lee because Lee can't play D either. So I am not sure I would trade then straight up, but if they throw in their first round pick, it's a no brainer.

I have him on my fantasy team, the kid was eating it up when given minutes or when brand or dalembert was out. He blocks shots, reb, scores inclose, can knock down 18 ft jumpshots.

I like him.
