i love Wilson but for Rubio i'd be willing to trade him away... i think Rubio can really take this team to the next level that we're looking to get... throw in a go to scorer & shotblocker in free agency & the Knicks are back.

But does he fit this team if Lebron comes? I don't think so. Rubio really can't shoot. Now, if we don't get Lebron and we can get a few more great players then having a real pg would be the way to go. I think if we got Curry in the last draft he would have been the PERFECT pg to have with Lebron. But as Hill develops he might also be the perfect C to have.

If Rubio can't shoot the quicker defenders in the nba are going to back off him and I'm not sure he'll be as a good a distributor then. His talent is just too good to pass up though. He has Gallo's IQ and defense but no shot.

I like Rubio though and would take a chance on him. (Yeah, I'm up and down on him because of his glaring weakness as a shooter).
If he could shoot he might have been the #1 pick in the daft.

2 years ago Lee couldnt hit a ten footer!!

Rubio has something special that you could never teach.... He can see a play develop before
anyone else knows what hit him!!

He does not shoot enough ok granted but he would run the 7 second or less offense better THEN ANYONE

The Mayor is talented and hopefully turns into an Allstar but the plan is Lebron so he wont do it here!
Rubio will come if the Knicks get his rights and him and Bron will be a great Combo for years!!

Rubio wont have to shoot really just find Gallo or Bron when they are open will do us just fine!!

Umynot - I would be willing to wait to get a talent like Rubio. Chandler is a great talent and maybe is worth getting Rubio for. I wonder if we could get Curry from GS for him???

i think anyone can pretty much work with Lebron except for another volume scorer... guys like Gallo, Lee & Wilson would seem to be able to work well w/Lebron, but i just feel Rubio would just be too good to pass up especially w/our apparent weakness at the PG position... it's been so long since we've had a real, star calibre PG who could orchestrate & play defense... Derek Harper came close but he had his best years in DAL.
