Why when I created this poll question , many here want to try and bash me for making it.

Just go back and read , mind boggling.

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

I have no idea if this is a question, suggestion, or criticism of management. Miami, Cleveland, Toronto, Dallas, Houston and more teams have not locked up their best players. Let us also note that David Lee has added a new dimension to his game (or improved on it greatly): 15-18 footer, so it may also be clear to say that he was not the player he was last year.

As to the why, hasn't it been clear since day 1 when Donnie came to the Knicks that he wanted as much cap room to sign free agents? Even Lee admitted this as such and understood Donnie's explanation last summer. Last summer you don't sign DLee to anything near the $12M or whatever his agent was asking for. This coming year? Perhaps.

Your question is either grossly naive or disingenuous or surely lacking in much forethought for someone who follows the Knicks as closely as you surely do.

Watch and see how many throw cash at Lee next yr, and then we are going to have to match to keep him.

Wilson Chandler can score against and defend both Lee and Gallo's man, but can Lee and Gallo do the same against Wilson's man?

Lee is averaging 20/10 and shooting like 58% against centers everynight. Is Chandler doing that?

Teams dare not put a plodding Center on Wilson Chandler are you kidding me.Chandler is averaging 18 points on 51.6 percent shooting during this 18-game surge after averaging just 11.9 points on 39 percent shooting in the first 17 games.

David Lee has been trimming Opposing Centers, it natural for him , he's quicker than all of them he's a natural PF..

Lee has with out even a question been the best player on our team the last 2 years......

Most consist-ant for sure....... Scores inside out .....Plays hard on both ends.... Cant block shots but hustles on D and his Offensive with either
hand in the post has been way too impressive......
That jumper is falling too .... Handles the ball GREAT for a big ... Passes ball
well too ( and having Al and Nate on our team this should be recognized and appreciated as well)

Saying that ...... I believe Gallinari when its all said and done will end up with a better career then any of our current player!

Definitely has the skill set size the IQ the stroke the desire and has proven to have the BALLS to do so.

Lee has touched the ball three to four times more then Gallo so of coarse is playing better but with time and more touches its easy
to see that Gallo is our prize player!!......

Chandler is nice too but with Lebron coming next year The Mayor will need a new home so wont even consider him as the best but he has been
ballin on both ends NO DOUBT!!!

KNICKS on the way UP!!!
