What a stupid idea. Why trade Gallo? Lebron will WANT TO KEEP GALLO!!! So he may not get his tripe threat team until the following summer when Eddie and JJ come off the books. He is patient enough to wait a year. He still gets to "make his franchise" how he likes. But Gallo is the real deal, and Lebron would scoff at the idea of trading him.

if we can move Curry and JJ by adding these three as sweeteners I would.

Not trading Gallo.

I would rather have a team of Bron, Chris Paul and Melo then a team of Bron, Bosh and Johnson. Bron is not dumb, if he knows we have more cap space next year, why not wait a season? Plus it will be obvious what the biggest needs are after a full year with Bron and MDA together.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

You cant trade Gallo unless you were 100% sure you were getting Lebron. Anything less than 100% and its way too silly of a risk to be taking.

Simmons idea makes some sense if you were guaranteed to get Lebron, Bosh, and Johnson. However, I really don't think Johnson wants to leave and Lebron is 50/50 at best. Bosh can be had but there will be competition from Miami and New Jersey. I mean look at NJ's situation. They already have a center and pg and a solid SG in CDR. You add Bosh and the number 1 pick this year and suddenly NJ is a team stacked with talent.

In sum, the odds are that you are not getting all three and if you don't get all three, then trading Gallo makes no sense. I keep Gallo and go after Lebron to take on Harrington's role in the offense and then make a decision regarding Lee.

why wouldn't u want to keep Gallo so he can play with Lebron? a sharp shooter like him would be a perfect fit next to a guy like Lebron.
