breen made a good point about gallo on the shot blocks (made a nice one on rose)...he has good timing.

it's not like he's flying out of the gym, but it's probably again about bball iq amongst other things...

Yea, he definitely times it well because he's not doing it with freak ability.

Feels good have a good basketball IQ player for once instead of that athletic youngster who can make bad decisions.

And on top of that, he has rebounded pretty well so far in his young career.

This is definitely the best the team has looked in the past couple years...they are working the ball well and for whatever reason they have really good chemistry...

very interesting how chandler chose not to take the open jumper, and instead went to the basket. he missed, but that would have never happened earlier in the year.

personally, i like it.

meanwhile hustling by the knicks on the boards creates a 2nd opportunity for gallo, who goes to the basket and gets fouled.

I like when they go to the hole too...because then it opens it up from the perimeter.

haha...

uses the shooting ability to draw guys on the perimeter and then goes to the basket where he gets fouled.

such a different player than i think we've ever really had before.

yeah, well you can see he is very smart, a tough competitor, with sick shooting ability, but not afraid to bring it inside, go for boards.

man, a draft pick for us that actually makes us feel like we have something is nice.

he still has ways to go, but he's a fun player to watch and root for.

meanwhile, chandler after an abysmal start to the year has really gotten better, and lee has improved too.

hughes and bender in now...

so is mda going with 8 or 9?

douglas out of the rotation?

I always cringe when I see Bender move and run and fall, I feel that he will just become disabled.

i hear you, but after the game rose was quoted as saying he can't wait to take out their anger out on the knicks...

after being embarrassed like that you have to figure they come in with a chip on their shoulder

hughes was interviewed saying something like, "not against us." against rose's comment.
