Did you know that the UK Class of 2004 is the most active UK rookie class in terms of posters who still post actively?

Probably the greatest UK rookie class ever.

That's just cuz we have TMS.

agreed!

I don't know, the 2004 class is like a volume scorer- throw up enough shots, and you are bound to make some baskets.

The 2004 folks do a lot of sniping from the outside, but they have no inside game, and don't defend their posts too well when attacked. Their +/-post numbers (number of good posts to bad posts)are also weak. Very full of themselves too. All in all, a very overrated group, IMO

Chill, son.

This is what I mean. A 2008 member would have posted a hilariously clever comeback.

2004 thinks you are just jealous of it's wingspan.

I believe there will be too. Mine falling out wasn't anything related to how bad the knicks have been, it is school related. I believe i stopped posting around the 2004/2005 period when i went to school. The reason being is i played ball in school and many scholarship programs forbid any online networking of any sort that pertains to sports. It is supposed to protect the athletes and potential pro prospects (we had a couple, although extreme longshots.) I know its a different situation, but there are a lot of crazy rules out there. Even though i'm still very involved with the school, i now feel comfortable coming back to talk Knicks.

That's a strong roster right there, probably a lebron away from championship caliber.

Bad defense I beg your pardon? Before 2004, the message boards to go to were real GM and MSG and now its UK thats the shiznet. Only UK gets mentioned in the papers. Yeah Real GM had Crawfords sister post once or twice a year but hows that working for them? Shes a goner now.

And why is all of this? BC of that kick ars draft of 2004. Yeah we dont have a good average wingspan but we are a scrappy and gritty and clutch bunch who will never underachieve and find a way to win. 2001 sucks. :-D

This was something that i just sort of stumbled upon without realizing how new it was. I assumed the site had been open for a good while if i remember correctly. I think i may have been one of the carry-overs from the old nykbasketball.com forums, if that's what it was called. Not sure if any of you remember it. Just a question, how long was the actually site up before the forums, or did they go up at the same time?

Is there a way to change the title of this thread? It should be "back from the dead" i guess.
