well he did say over the past 10 years... Curry taken that high in the draft & traded for what Isiah gave up to get him & what he turned out to be has to be 1 of the biggest disappointments in recent memory.

How can Zach Randolph be overrated when he's not really respected by anyone? The list is not who you hate the most it's about guys who are considered top players but are really *not*.

Pierce did come up big in the play offs, but face it, he did nothing until Ray and KG got there.

Garnett- long, productive career. But I think overrated.

Wade- just gets so many garbage calls, can't shoot and I would hate it if we got him.

Marbury & Redd- safe picks.

David West is a bum! How can any power fwd make an all-star team when he frequently gets 3 or 4 rebound games? Redd is a tall jumpshooter. He doesn't really drive or play inside so why do his knees keep blowing out? Rashard Lewis make me sick too...He has the gayest looking jumpshot in the league, plus he's built like a power fwd but his only move is a spot up jumper. He's not worth the money he gets.

Shaq isn't overrated, but Iverson?

Iverson is one of the most overrated players to ever play in the NBA. You call taking 19085019285 shots per game, shooting barely 40% as dominant? The only thing Iverson dominated is the ball and always at the expense of his teammates.

People only liked him because he was short, so he has that underdog thing going for him (like Nate). But give me a break, Iverson isn't even in the top100 players of all-time.

edit: and don't cite that Finals appearance. It's the main thing Iverson propagators cling to. Let me tell you-- crazier **** has happened. No one is denying that Iverson was at least sufficiently talented to go to the Finals under the right circumstance. But this does not make him dominant or a top 100 player.

Can I add Shane Battier??? He's a good player, but then again he isn't...but then again he is....but announcers, analysts act like he is averaging 20/10/5/2/2 with off the wall percentages....he's far from it...He's basically Jared Jefferies with a jumpshot...but he doesn't score much.

But a player like Jeffries is very good to have on your team for the stuff that he brings outside of the stat sheet. If JJ had any type of offensive skills, he would be a great addition to our team. I understand that Shane locks down opposing superstars regularly.

I don't think you can add Shane- he is a guy opposite so many of the players here. he doesn't fill up a stat sheet, yet manages to help his team win.

now- maybe he is overrated as an intangibles-type player, but I think that's hard to measure...
