I love Eddie so far. He's rusty and will be for a while, but that was expected. He doesn't have his legs underneath him and is struggling to make a move after he has been bumped. This has never been a problem for Eddie, as a matter of fact it's usually been a strength of his, so we know eventually this will come back. I like the way he is fighting for position and not giving up. It's a shame that we don't have a guard that can get him the ball. I think that was part of the frustration that he had last game and why he fouled Rondo.
I just hope that people will like me

Rookie wrote:come on man, Rondo flopped. Seriously though, if you watch the play, Rondo just happened to get between EC and the ref. Too bad for Rondo, but I'm glad it was him because Curry could be serving a suspension right now for going after that referee if Rondo hadn't been there. I blame the refs for letting that ****e go on for too long. It looks like Eddy never really thought about what he was doing. It looks like he was trying to pump his fist at the ref and Rondo got in the way at the last second. Hopefully, he will not get suspended. Trust the Process

I do think that the increased use of the pick and roll play will help Eddy after he gets a few weeks of practice in with that play. I like his agreesion and the fact that he impacts the game. If he can continue to improve, we might start winning some games consistently. Trust the Process

If it had been a Knick, that Knick would have been pushed as well. This is what it looked like and htis is also what Eddie said after the game. I just hope that people will like me

Dude looks out for his own peeps and was clearly frustrated by your frustration. Official sponsor of the PURE KNICKS LOVE Program

I blame the refs for letting that ****e go on for too long. All I am saying is it did not look like he was intentionally going after Rondo. It was more like a "I want to throw my fist at the ref, move out of my way" type of thing, rather than "Oh, here's Rondo, let me lay one on him" type of thing. Either way it was stupid, but I do like the fire. With Eddy, it is better that he be too engaged rather than not engaged enough. Trust the Process

On Being In The Best Place In The World
I was hoping that Mr Curry would channel his frustration in retaliation for the thuggeration of Kendrick Perkins. But the expression of emotion is a positive sign. Not the false braggadocio of pounding one's chest after making a play but good-old-fashioned, "if you hit me, somebody WILL be hit back" Of course, at a critical point of any game a techincal foul is never a good thing. Or is it? It is about time the Knicks punched back. Hold up, something else to like about Eddy Nutrisystem Curry aka Eddie Slim Fast... "I was so nervous in the beginning my hands were shaking," Curry said. "Definitely I was expecting boos when I came out. I was pleasantly surprised. It's the best place to play in the world." appreciation once a knick always a knick

It was a ppor timed play and hurt us, but in the long run I'd rather see Eddie show some fire than anything else. This is one of those plays that as a coach you tell the player never to do that again, but behind the scenes you celebrate. I just hope that people will like me

Amen
KnicksNut - "I'm trying to picture Charles Oakley or Anthony Mason apologizing to ANYBODY for a flagrant foul. Shake it off, Eddy; you didn't cost the team the game." Next time hit 'em harder. Eventually, they will get the message once a knick always a knick
