Well he sure looks different. I give him credit, he must have lost a lot of weight in the last month... at least in the head area. I always wondered what Curry's skull looked like, and now I know.

Wow, he actually looks like a basketball player right now.

Dudes Walsh made sure that this guy was doing two a days the whole time, THAT'S what has been missing with this guy. They actually pushed him and made sure he worked and didn't mess around like he probably has in the past.

Don't make the mistake of forgetting just how talented this guy is!!! You guys may laugh at me now, but just remember that his only real problem has been NEVER being in real BB shape! He's thankfully still young enough to be able to have his body respond if he did the work, which clearly he's never done before. I'm not saying he's going to remain in this kind of shape forever, but if he can be healthy this year and get his game back, this guy is a monster inside and you all know it. Remember that he was nearly unstoppable in the paint and that was when he was just a blob. He looks like he can run for real and he was already athletic with all that weight. Just remember the great hands and agility this guy has. We'll see, but i'm just saying he could be the X FACTOR FOR THIS TEAM, ALONG WITH TD AND A HEALTHY NATE. IT'S STILL EARLY ENOUGH IN THE SEASON GUYS...

This is GREAT news. If Curry can come in and play well for 15-20 games, we probably can trade him at the deadline. There is a sucker born everyday and some GM out there with the need for low post scoring will take a chance on him. I mean, he only has one more year left on his deal, so it really is not that big of a risk for a team that was not going to be a player in free agency next year anyway. A team like Dallas, OKC, Bobcats, Kings, GS, Utah, or Houston come to mind as teams that might be interested. In fact, a McGrady for Curry and Hughes trade would be ideal for both teams.

Yo did you see the video? The guy looks like Eddy's younger in shape brother. You can't say that when healthy this guy can't help a team. He won't have to carry us, just get us a lot more easy high % dunks per game. Draw fouls like he does and help spread the floor. Teams will have no choice but to double him. Who can guard him in the paint right now if he's healthy and has his form back? I'm hoping he can shake of the rust and get his game back, cuz that would mean Utah can kiss that high lottery pick goodbye.

We may bash Walsh and Dolan for many things but banning him from the team and forcing him to get in shape was the best thing anyone could've done. He will have value now if we get him playing well.

TKF on Melo ::....he is a punk, a jerk, a self absorbed out of shape, self aggrandizing, unprofessional, volume chucking coach killing playoff loser!!

So did Francisco Garcia - probably because his shoulder blade is like a steak knife.

Anyway, my reservation is that the last time Curry was in great shape, he came down with a heart condition.

oohah

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

Im rooting for him, just saying im not getting my hopes up.

Its always something with him, so I just cant invest any hopefulness...but thats great he's in shape, tho.

Eddy is 26. Dude's been pampered since high school. You can still learn and still grow. He's got a family and has had some life altering events in the last year or so. I'm not expecting him to be Shaq, but I dont think its impossible that the dude grew up a enough to realize he's not going to be making $10mm a year in the NBA till he's 50 and its time to start taking his career seriously

Curry had the Heart problem cuz he lost weight the wrong way. You can't diet pill your way to good shape. This time Greg Brittenham had him on a super Camp schedule. They did two a days and stayed on top of him and the results speak for themselves.

Believe it guys, this is legit! He looks great and along with Hill we could have some good things going in the 4 & 5 spot this year and next. I NEVER had a problem with Eddy's talent, which is undeniable. It was his commitment to being ready to play. It looks like he finally made the effort and now he can maybe help this team to go further than they could've before. It's still so early in the year that there's time to still have a chance to put things together. There's real hope is all i'm saying.
