ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

where was this post just the day before when he had 7 points and 6 boards on 2-14 shooting.

briggs, you are so predictable..

Ryan Andersen is the real deal--what is the big difference in the players? Gallo can handle and pass better and Andersen is a better rebounder and more athletic and active? Same size--Im sorry but there is little difference from what I have seen.

Walsh beat you to it by a year. He started with Marbury, Crawford, and Zbo and targeted 2010 when the greatest free agent class becomes available and when Lebron may have a handshake deal with Stern to go to NY.

I think we can do much more--we have some good individual players on ending contracts and I am willing to trade anyone except Gallo for the right price today.[I should caveat that I would personally be willing to trade anyone including Gallo for the right price but the Knicks think he is Larry Bird]

I don't think Walsh would disagree with you, except on the Gallo part.

What if Toronto was willing to part with Bosh for Harrington and Gallo?

He just fades into the offense at times. He's got to be out there with his hands out asking for the ball.

Gallo needs to understand that he's a liability to some extent on defense, so when he gets to the offensive end he needs to make an impact, not just blend in.

Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

well, this is the real world, so Walsh probably would say yes to that deal but Toronto would never offer it.

Right--so we acknowledge that we have no one player that is not available. Toronto may lose Bosh for nothing--maybe an attractive package that had a Gallo Chandler Hill with a Harrington--that is how Minnesota traded for Garnett

in this league, there are about 4 untradeable players.

why is your boo, Randolph, only averaging 8 pts this year and is now currently locked on the bench? Lets start with that.

knee and back injuries +nellie and new guards= small ball deluxe

I havent heard anything about him being hurt. Those sound like excuses, fam. Nellie's crazy as shyt, no doubt, but he's not playing Randolph because of his perceived talent level and how he fits in to the club. Not because he's injured.

Randolph is already barking at the media about his playing time.

Randolph is hurt? Its hard to play in the NBA when Kate Moss has a better bench press. He's a bust... lets move one.

Does anyone doubt Walsh is going to make deals to get young players and more flexibility in here? 6 weeks into the season last year he dumped Zach and Crawford and the Knicks were playing well. Walsh doesnt need to admit this is an expansion team for it to be an expansion team. Let see what happens.

I hate to say it, but he's right. I like Danillo, but he will never be the #1 or #2 guy on a championship level team. His back is going to put a serious limit on the amount of good years he will have, and even then, his ceiling at this point is Peja.

In the 2008 draft take a look at the guys drafted after Danilo can you argue that anyone on that list is a #1 or #2 guy on a championship level team? Lopez is the closest and the jury is still out on him. Why torture yourself with this now. You got a good player, he's going to get better, let's see where he ends up.

I just hope that people will like me

Rod Thorn owned the 08 draft. CDR is having an amazing year as well. Lopez, Anderson, and CDR in one draft is pretty special. I think Walsh could have done a bit better.

awesome at what? Wow... the Nets have a great young core of CDR, Lopez, Yi, the kid from Orl... they are putrid. They havent been close in any games. They are probably the worst team in the league right now.

I know that the Nets are rebuilding and playing their young guys so that they get better and they only have one more loss than the Knicks. My point was in regards to the 08 draft where Thorn got Lopez and Anderson in the first round and CDR in the second. All three of those guys are starting and are putting up very good numbers. Andersen is a very similar player to Gallo and he was taken 15 picks later. CDR was a second rounder. I hope Gallo works out and he is looking better but the point of this thread was that there was a similar guy available 15 picks later.
