In college basketball do college coaches get a special grace period to yell at the refs during preseason or those exhibition games against Marathon Oil, Athletes in Action etc. No these games don't count and are preseason "exhibition games" but still have the same rules as the regular season.
They were too easy on that coach. They should have lured him outside the arena, where he could be arrested for "Disturbing the Peace", and led away in handcuffs.
