I think some guys just get it. I think Mark Jackson is one of those guys. He has tremendous character, is a leader, understands the game, and can communicate and teach. But I'm pushing for the kid. I think he's too much of a nice guy. I haven't since much emotion from him. MDA who appears to have a soft nice cushy funny personality off the court. Is animated emotional craze man on the side lines.

I think players should be extensions of the coaches personality on the court. I think that's why riles and JVG were so successful. here.

If anything, I see his lack of emotional display as an indicator of his KILLER NATURE! He is stone cold out there, man; emotion not-necessary. Did you know he shot 90+% free-throws last season? In his rookie year, in the Garden, fresh off the boat!! Amazing.

Did he even take 90 Fts.. We know he's a good shooter, we know he has loads of[b]potentialb]. But the fact still remains, can he last 75 to 82 games.I don't believe he has to show emotions to be a killer. But a lot successful coaches have had players take on there personalities
