Stop posting Mark berman articles....he's a douche bag. Has he ever written a decent Knicks article? He is the Perez Hilton of beat writers....to hell with him.

Let's say Bosh, Lebron and Wade and Joe Johnson all laugh at the notion. Does this mean we abandon the opportunity to get under the cap and instead pursue 2nd level stars?

If it were up to me, I'd abandon that and sign Stephon Marbury to a long term deal and then trade Wilson Chandler, Al Harrington and Gallo for Baron Davis. That would be great.

why stop there? bring back Zach Randolph & let him & Eddy Curry be the dream frontcourt of the future we always knew they would be... they'll all be scared then!

oh shyt thats even way more phucking brilliant!!!!!!!!11!!!!!!11 ZOMG Walsh get it done!!!!

can't forget we'll also need a proven battle tested head coach to lead that elite group of talent... someone get Larry Brown on the horn pronto!

Who really cares anyway? Bosh is OK, but he's not a major difference maker. His team was bad regardless of what he did, whereas IMO D Wade dragged his team to a higher level. I'd much rather target Wade if we're going by ability to make a team better.

+1
Bosh was never my target anyway.

for shyts and giggles:

I wonder how NY would've fared if Isiah said we're going to slow it down and pound the ball in the paint with Zach posting and Steph driving then bring Curry off the bench to finish the job.

we tried that avenue w/Jamal & Eddy Curry & it didn't lead us anywhere... Marbury's skills were shot & he was headed downhill fast in the last 2 years he was here, let's face facts here... yeah yeah yeah, all the emotional trauma & victimizing poor ol' Steph had to endure from this franchise negatively effected his performance, blah blah blah... Jamal & Zach were the 2 best players on this team & they were a 6-5 team under MDA before they were traded away... i can't say how good this team woulda been had we stayed w/that formula but i can almost guarantee u that we wouldn't have been serious contenders for any titles for the next few years regardless if we kept them or not... at least now we have some flexibility to make deals & acquisitions that we didn't have before.

]

Would bringing Curry off the bench happen before or after the Curry for All Star campaign?

Did Isiah trade for Zach with the intention of moving Curry to the bench?

Let's try to elevate the level of discourse in this byeetch. Please

he traded for him the year after the all-star campaign.

dunno what Isiah was thinking but starting them together wasn't bright.

I saw the video. Didn't look like he was laughing at the notion of comming to the knicks. Moreso laughing at the fan asking that question, which he probably gets asked plenty anyway.. plus, what was he supposed to say there, being under contract with the raps...... No biggie..
