Nah... In order for me to let LayDown of the hook, he'd have to:
- Get a coach that WON'T blow matchups and sub patterns
- Get players on the roster who can pass, dribble and defend well
- Bring the salary situation UNDER the cap
- Lastly, create a product on the floor capable of WINNING a title.
IMO he doesn't have it in him to do this. He's too much of a Dolan puppet to think with his own brain. Hey, like I said before, if we lose enough, maybe we'll get 2 birds (LayDown & Chaney) with one stone by season's end.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year.
