What do you think of zoos?
It's wrong to lock up animals for human pleasure (and make money off it)
They're great; they take good care of and treat animals

It's like this, brethren-- Zoos are great! Meat is good! Humans control the world because we are intellectually superior and, as superior beings, we have the right to do what we want.

I like looking at cool animals in a Zoo; it is not likely that I will ever see them in their natural habitat.

With us human beings being defiant like your last post, all those cool animals you like watching in the zoo are most likely not going to be gracing this world anymore. Did you know that 98% of some of the Asian Rain Forrests are expected to be wiped away completely in 2022 and orangutangs are expected to go extinct in 10 years?

If you think that's f'ed up, I suggest changing your mindset.

Humans may be superior, but we abuse are power beyond belief. It's flat out scary.

That is an excellent post allanfan. I'm not even sure I'd say we're superior to all other animals. I'd we're *intellectually* superior, but not sure about other domains. Athletically? Not even close. Morally? That's a tough one to answer but we do more harm to the planet than any other animal.

Animals don't need to be moral. It's flat out about surviving and survival of the fittest. Stay alive for as long as you can, make as many offspring as you can to keep the species and your own genes alive. Every single non human being animal follows these set of rules, with no exceptions. Nature may seem cruel at times, but those guidelines are still being followed.

It's a lot different than people. We need morals b/c we f'ed everything up.

That was NOT an excellent post, Allanfan20.

It was a 'wack' post. Did you know that species have been going, will be going, extinct for as long as the earth has existed? That's LIFE, species go extinct-- who are we to say who must go and who must stay??

"Life After People", the History Channel documentary series, illustrates awesomely the insignificance of the human impact on Earth. The series predicts that most signs of human life, the buildings, bridges, monuments, etc., will have been retaken-- dominated-- by nature within a century, the residual after a few thousand years; all on a planet that has existed for billions of years.

There is nothing the human can do to muddle the Earthly condition, nuclear war included-- anything you hear otherwise is pure politics. Bank that.

Give me a list of the species of animals that have died off, since the arrival of humans and tell me how they died off. I'm willing to bet that 99% of them died off b/c of humans.

I'm not argueing this with you anymore orange. This is an extremely sore subject for me and you don't seem to understand. Sorry.
