Things are very quiet in Minneapolis. Very quiet.

Dlee, Mobley, J. Hill for Bosh?

Chandler, Nate for Little Rickio

Damn that is a steep price on both of those deals.

I'D RATHER JUST KEEP LEE AND HILL I never really feel that Bosh is that much of a difference maker, but if you pair him with Wade that could be a very potent duo. I think we'd have a better team tho, if we kept Lee/Hill and just added Wade and a really good PG.

I agree with you Nix!! I rather have Wade than Lebron and young talent but Wade already issued you better be a contender proclamation of 2010. I rather get Nash in here.

+1 on Lee + Hill for Bosh

+1 on Chandler + Nate for my man crush, Rubio

I'd do the first one, but I'm very hesitant on the Rubio trade. Seems like we're giving up A LOT for such an unknown. Seems like the type of deal that can bite you in the ass later. Most likely sooner as well.
The thing that gets me is a lot of people that want Rubio have never really seen him play and are just going by what the media says about him. Until I see him play against real competition I still don't know.

Lee and Hill for Bosh is a solid trade IMO. Maybe we throw in cash and a second round pick. Toronto gets a solid player in Lee and a potential stud in Hill. They take a risk, but they also avoid having to pay Bosh $15-$17 million next year to resign him. We can do a sign and trade with Lee starting at $9 million and Hill will be on his rookie contract for the next four years.

looks more and more like the knicks will require another guy to come in to lure bosh...he was pretty excited about the recent trade for hedo and with the lowering cap, fiscally, it's alot more prudent to re-sign. everything colangelo has done and said is to bring bosh back. even his deals have open up space to re-sign bosh for the max next year w/o having to worry about luxury tax.

I don't disagree, but I think the Raptors are going to suck again this year. It all looks rosy now, but if they look like they will miss the playoffs again, Bosh will be ready to go and Colangelo will have no choice but to move him, probably at the deadline.

if they move him, it will be a s&t. bosh won't get moved at the deadline - his value would be lower in february than next summer.

But why would the Raptors take a chance of Bosh just walking away. He will be an UFA at that point. Do you really believe he will have some sense of loyalty to the Raptors at that point.

no max player will just walk away. it will be a s&t. he would be sacrificing $30+ mil and he ain't doing it. he said so himself.

I would love it if we signed Jordan Hill today. That way we can't trade him for a few months. I'd rather Walsh works on trading E Curry, Nate, Jeffries; Hughes

He took his team to the playoffs twice with 47 and 41 wins. How many wins do you think those two teams would have had without Bosh? If you surround him with nothing decent like this season, then the team is gonna suck though.

i think when you sign a draft pick you can't trade them for 30 days, not the 90 that was reported somewhere else in the thead.
