Toronto is going to lose their all star player. That's a given. So they aren't going to get full value. If we do a deal with them, it will take more than Lee and Mobley, but Chandler and Hill should not have to be involved.

Toronto would not want Chandler. They weren't high on him. They like Gallinari to go along with the rest of the Euros up there. Any deal for Bosh would have to involve Gallinari as your starting point then Hill. You guys need to understand what the other team desires in some of these trade scenarios. So let's be honest here, the real question is whether you want to do Gallinari for Bosh.

bosh wants his 6th year and $133 mil.

raptors will not accomodate him to a team in the division (like mck1 said) or a team with no real assets.

Oh come on now. Raps can get something for Bosh right now before all is said and done by 2010. Raps can save mucho dinero in a trade like Lee/Mobley or even Lee/Chandler or any expiring. Why not just renew some rivalry by making a blockbuster trade in the same division. It is good for both teams and the NBA. Gotta think big here.

Bosh is going to bolt Toronto in 2010 and seems Toronto is now interested to offer Lee a contract? How about Lee/Mobley for Bosh?

You have to give up a lot more than that to get Bosh. Bosh is the Raptors franchise player. The Raptors are not going to let Bosh go to get back a role player. Remember the Raptors have lost T-Mac and Vince Carter. I doubt they want to make the same mistake three times and lose Bosh to a division rival.

A trade of Lee packaged with some other asset player for Bosh is a better deal than what they did for Vince and Tmac. Colangelo should know that Toronto doesn't attract superstar players to sign there. That is very rare for Raps if at all. It is either lock up their franchise players or sign and trade. I personally think Lee would be a great addition to that Toronto roster. They are a running team and Lee is great with a running team.

Bosh would be so good in NY because he is a high-character guy and he packs a high-octane slam-dunk game to boot. And with Darko swatting shots left and right, I will overlook Bosh's inadequacy in that area.

Great idea! Lee/Hill for Bosh/filler. Why wouldn't Toronto do this? Oh that's right, they are waiting for a deal that will get them scraps.
