i just care if the team plays well together as a unit... i don't care if there's crazies on the team or not, as long as they produce & help the team win... i would welcome Ron Artest with open arms if he could raise the level of the team's play the way he has in Houston IMO... but i would not want him on the team if he was being a distraction & being counterproductive to the team's success.
