I'm only disappointed because the teams ahead of us took all the guys we wanted. I'm OK with Hill. It could've been worse. No idea about Douglas though.

Im trying to suppress my anger, but I am kind of having a difficult time. I had this same sort of feeling after the '08 draft and so far Gallo wasnt the right pick. That can change, but I'm very skeptical about Gallo.

I look at Jordan as a adequately talented big man. A 12/8 guy...I just see him with a really low ceiling. I believed in the Curry pick and was devastated when we didnt get him...just like I was devastated over Mayo. I dont know jack about Douglas, so I'm not even going to engage in that.

This draft stuff is getting rough. I'll be glad when we start winning. I am very eager to get out of this abyss, because we seem to have no luck at this shyt.

What about Jennings being a diva and not even being in the building in the event he slipped.

I give Jrue Holiday credit, he went to the greenroom even though he knew his stock was falling.

ANd Kudo years later to Rashard Lewis who freaking cried about dropping as he did and vowed to do what it took to make it in the league. Its not as common as we think somtimes but the kid scored a max contract! Im not a big Rashard fan, but he showed me a lot this year. Max contract and a trip to the finals. Not bad.

I think Jennigs thought he was a top 3 pick.

Jennings is proving to me more & more that he's got some diva-like tendencies... i'm sorta glad we didn't take that guy now even tho his talent is very impressive.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

passing on Holiday upset me more than passing on Jennings.

Jennings has more star power but MDA/Jennings would've been Brown/Steph in the hearts of the media and fan base before Brandon ever stepped on the court. He'd have been ruined here.

Holiday will be somebody's Pippen both offensively and defensively. IMO 2 years down the line when MDA is up for an extension he would've tipped the scales of possession offense/defend vs SSOL in favor of the former.
