As for Donnie, you dudes can't be serious. The guy has garbage to trade. Give him a break.

The guy doesn't have garbage to trade, but again, he doesn't have a Randy Foye whatsoever. At least from my view there is no way you spin it on Donnie unless he had a deal in place before, and since we only got media rumors, there is no sign that happened. So in the end its just a disappointing turn of events for us, but you move on and still hope we can do some deals to help us.

I hope they do get a Jeffries-Mike James deal done, with us maybe getting a second round pick?

No they didn't. Foye and Miller are garbage? Wizards got the better end of the deal by far.

Yeah, and that is so weird it makes you wonder what are the T-Wolves planning to do with both picks?

You wonder if whoever is available for pick 5 will be as good as Foye has and can be...

It was mentioned in many of the articles on this, that the Knicks didn't have the best offer of all the teams that could stand to jump in on this deal. Donnie just has to keep working to see if he can find a trading partner that will accept our less than stellar offers. I happen to think Chandler is a good value, but not in comparison to Foye and Miller. We couldn't compete with that.

Maybe the Knicks will draft Hill and pick up a later pick to take Holiday. Holiday is ranked going as late as 19 in at least one mock that I saw.

No need to waste an 8 pick on a PG unless Curry or Evans is there--trade back and see if we can get rid of Jefferies and pick up Chicago's 2 picks.

Very depressing!!! Not Walsh's fault, just got outbid. He didn't have enough ammo. Goodbye Evans, Goodbye Curry. It would have been nice to have the 5th and 8th picks. When is this team ever going to get lucky again??

Getting the 5th pick would have been a mistake - there's really nothing either there or afterwards that's all that appealing. My impression is that either you trade for Thabeet (at 2/3) or take whats available at 8, preferably Curry.
Sh-t in the popcorn to go with sh-t on the court. Its a theme show like Medieval times.
