Am I missing something? Stuckey is ok, Rip is on the way down, and Prince is a role player. I'm on this if I'm Dumars. But like Bonn said, this must really speak to Rondo's attitude.

I think Eddy is plan B. They are waiting on the Suns and Shaq.

there is no way Cleveland trades for Eddy Curry. not unless they want Lebron in a Knicks uniform. they might as well trade Lebron for Eddy if they do that. no way it happens. cleveland is stupid, but not that stupid.

I think our view of Eddy is so skewed from what other fans see Eddy that this might not be that far fetched. We see a fat and lazy player but another team that saw him once in awhile where he dominated them in the paint might be happy to get him for peanuts. They view Ben Wallace and Big Z as stiffs in Cleveland. They are probably saying something like "Give me Eddy Curry and Gallo's leg support for Ben Wallace or Big Zzzzz"

I agree. Eddy beasts at the buffet line, but he is also a big man in his prime that can score at a fairly significant clip. The Cavs are all about adding talent at this point, and Curry is a major upgrade over Wallace. Eddy demanding double teams on the blocks, while playing with Bron has to make the Cavs pause. Big men with that sort of talent arent falling off the trees in the NBA, and a price of Wallace's contract would be dirt cheap for them.

The only caveat is Eddy's health. They probably want that satisfied before they move on him.

That was Nalod. I hadn't heard anything bad about Rondo's attitude. I really like him.

That was Nalod. I hadn't heard anything bad about Rondo's attitude. I really like him.

Bucher just insinuated that Rondo must be a real problem child because this the 3rd story that they have heard where Rondo was being dealt that came from the Celtic camp.

Call me crazy but I'm like so willing to give eddy one more chance. In a league were even adequate centers are like a thing of the past, he can really help us if he's even 70 pct of what he was in 06

If Curry gets back to form and duplicates what he did 3 years ago, who would not want him? The problem with him is his motivation. One good year and an incoming LBJ, that may motivate even his fat ***.

That year was overrated b/c he only played one way. Not a lick of defense. But it's still good enough to yield us a good trade.

No doubt, he is not an all around mega force of a player. But the kid demands double teams on offense. Thats a big deal.

Too bad he commands more double cheeseburgers than double teams.

Ya'll can keep making all these fat jokes, but Ben Wallace played like he watched a five minute guide on how to play basketball, 10 minutes before tip off and Big Z looks like Frankenstein and actually started to play like his ass against Orlando.

A fat ass Eddy Curry is still a major upgrade over wallace and a decent upgrade over Z. How many better options do the Cavs have at this point because they have to start upgrading talent, now.
