I'm sure that D'Antoni and Walsh have seen a lot of Rubio, MDA saw him in the Olympics and don't think they didn't scout the team from Spain. They did and they probably watched all their players closely to get an idea as to what to expect. If the Knicks do move up to get Rubio it is because MDA has seen enough of him to make a decision to get him. You guys have to remember that as an NBA team they have access to all games played by Rubio. All they have to do is give a call and they get all the Euro games played.
What is the use of talking about Rubio it isn't happening. As for Curry that isn't happening either hate to say but NY media does enough to talk players down and they do enough to talk players up. It just so happens that Curry has been talked up out of the Knicks reach. I just wish that NY media would just say they were terrible or didn't perform all that well instead of talking them up. All their doing is elevating the players up out of the Knicks reach. Yeah like they did that great research on Gallinari. "what can you tell us about him, coach." "well, I don't know much about him but the scouts love him and those guys are great." translated "Zeke had fun in Italy, thanks for asking." just curious. what will you be saying if he's going for 18/7/4 this year? The same thing that you will say when you finally get one of your predictions right. A Katie Couric "oh ****" moment.
good. that'll make it doubly satisfying.
Just as curious, what will you say if he doesn't even get close? depends on why. minutes, injury, ability? or if he's making obvious progress toward it? we gotta see. but if healthy i think he'll get there. Send Closk alert!
