Phar knows everything about everything, man. You should be smarter than that than to challenge him on his genius.

Pres, it is a legal document that he and guardians signed. It is no different than having employees sue their employers over issues without merit. I haven't heard any merit that would void his contract yet he brought a lawsuit. Unless he explains how he and his parents were tricked into signing this contract or signed it under some form of legal duress I consider it a meritless lawsuit. If a person goes around suing for the sake of suing that is a sign of personality issues and conflict.

No to Evans.

+1

I'd be okay with Jennings, but definitely prefer Curry and Flynn

I wouldn't be okay with Jennings either but I guess I'd go with anything Donnie chooses. I'll be more sure of that pick if Gallo comes back healthy this coming season. If not, then I'll be skeptical on Donnie's 2009 selection. I was never really a Curry fan and I think people are way overhyping him but I would prefer him over Tyreke "Jamal Crawford" Evans and Hasheem "Mamadou N'Diaye" Thabeet.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

I audit corporate, small business and employee contracts. Not sure why that matters. I hate meritless lawsuits because it a waste of everyone's time. If he and his guardians signed a legal agreement at the age of 16 and he believes he has merit for a lawsuit the correct action is to sue your parents/guardians/representive agents since they agree to allow you enter into this binding agree if you believe your mental capacity did not meet legal standards. He treated this as a legal contract after he turned 18.

i'm OK w/Evans but would rather have Derozan or Hill at #8... if those 3 are gone i'm hoping for Curry or Holiday if we stay at #8, but would rather trade down to get more value out of the pick & filling another need... this is of course assuming we don't trade up to go after someone that Donnie's got his eye on, in which case i'd only wanna trade up to get Rubio or Derozan.

Not feeling Jennings at all, TMS?

Why some don't like Evans as our pick? I know he may not be the sexiest name out there with the hype machine favoring Rubio and Curry, but he is still one of the top prospects and actually expected to go in the first five. Is it because he doesn't seem to be the best one to run our offense? Because we should take the BPA anyway.

i loved what i saw from his YouTube clips in terms of his ballhandling & athletic ability, but he seems to have some maturity issues from what i saw the other day w/his comments at the SAC workout... i realize these guys are all young but any red flag at all w/these guys is big to me cuz they all seem so talented from what i've seen of their play.

personally i'd just as soon not take a PG in this draft unless we're targetting Rubio... he's got the hype but i think he's got the game to back it up myself... Rubio or Derozan or Hill for me... i think i'm looking at any of those 3 as my top choices right now... obviously no chance at Griffin otherwise he'd be on the list... Evans intrigues me because of his size at the PG position, as does Holiday in some respects, while Curry's just an awesome shooter & seems like he's well grounded, but when i envision guys like Rubio, Derozan or Hill running the fastbreak, i think it would make for some real excitement at MSG for the next several years.

when i look at Jennings i see a lot of Stephon Marbury in his game... i don't want my PG to be a ball dominator who looks to score the ball... i want him to be a ball distributor & a defensive player on the perimeter, & from what i've seen of Jennings' game footage, he seems to excel more as a score first type PG using his quickness & ballhandling ability to get past guys & get to the hole, & sometimes struggles when he tries to force the issue on passes, & doesn't seem to be the defensive player that Rubio seems to be... to me Rubio just seems like a crafty player who will decieve u & frustrate u w/his quickness & actual length, so he gets a lot of steals that way & will probably be a great ballhawk on D... his court vision looks superb from the highlights i've seen also... definitely not the athlete that Jennings is but w/his size & passing ability i think he'll make an excellent PG for years to come... i think Jennings will too but not really the style of PG i'd be looking for, at least not if i were the GM of this franchise.

I think he's OJ Mayo part two, a big guard who can play the point with a questionable shot in some eyes. He's a willing defender with his long arms, we need defense people! What's the use if we can score but can't stop anyone? How many games we lost over the past couple of years because our pin-wheel defense, a shot blocker would be great but there aren't any, so let's start on the perimeter
