Guy played with a bone spur since February and didn't say squat about it. Didn't used it as an excuse. Just showed up to play in all 82 games. After the season he was still working out with the coaches while everyone took their undeserved vacations and planned on still participating in his 3rd SL. Please can we draft or acquire more guys like this.

I have to consult a doctor first to see where a bone spur in an ankle (which many NBA players play through because it only creates discomfort, not severe pain) is the same thing as a back injury involving a nerve and a bulging disk.

I didn't know that many NBA players have surgeries for bone spurs every year. Surgeons must be raking in the dough from them then.

This is a common NBA injury. Many players don't need to have it every yer for it to be common. Lee had the same thing during Isiah's last season in NY. Maybe you can learn about that before you sarcastically comment on it. If you've had any type of injury you'd know the difference one that involves the back (preferably the spine) and a freekin bone spur in an ankle. One of the most minor NBA surgeries has to be the bone spur in the ankle.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

I didn't know that players need surgeries for common bone spurs on a regular basis. I don't know about you but I run on my feet and have to use my ankles to do it. To each their own. Maybe next time you shouldn't use words like common injuries to justify your point. Please provide the amount of surgeries each year by NBA players to best illustrate your point that it is as "common" as you claim.
