Micro fracture means pretty much he is done. The Knicks don't and shouldn't even look there unless they want him for Eddy and Jefferies then I would do the deal.

Nate and cap filler for McGrady and a 1st round pick. Nate would obviously have to agree to the S & T.

If that filler includes Mobley's insured contract, they might actually do that as a cost cutting measure. Not sure how interested I am in this though. Interesting thought. Houston doesn't have a pick this year though. So, it would have to be a 2011 pick.
You know I gonna spin wit it

Jeffries and Al Harrington for Tmac and Brian Cook.

Wishful thinking. ^

A trade like that works for the Knicks. Houston needs a scorer like Harrington. Battier was suprised he could score like he did? Well Harrington can do that every night.

T-Mac's contract expires...so its a win win. Only thing is Houston has to take Jared on the strength T-mac is injury prone.

Makes mad sense.

It doesn't make any sense for them though. They can find someone to take TMac for a scorer like Al but without having to take on crap like Jeffries. Tmac is valuable because of the contract. They will get offers for him. I hope you're right though.

I agree with the idea that if we can get them to take on a continuing contract and we don't, then do it. Next year isn't that important. It's a long shot, but Donnie did get rid of Zach's and Craw's contracts.
