My Knick-friendly top 13:

1. Ricky Rubio
Point Guard. DKV Joventut

2. Blake Griffin
Power Forward. Oklahoma

3. Jordan Hill
Power Forward. Arizona

4. Brandon Jennings
Point Guard. Roma

5. Demar DeRozan
Guard/Forward. USC

6. Hasheem Thabeet
Center. Connecticut

7. Jonny Flynn
Point Guard. Syracuse

8. Tyreke Evans
Combo Guard. Memphis

9. James Harden
Shooting Guard. Arizona State

10. Jeff Teague
Point Guard. Wake Forest

11. Ty Lawson
Point Guard. North Carolina

12. Stephen Curry
Combo Guard. Davidson

13. Nick Calathes
Point Guard. Florida

Honorable Mention: B.J. Mullens, Center. Ohio State; Eric Maynor Point Guard. VCU; Patrick Mills, Point Guard. St. Mary's; Tyler Smith, Small Forward. Tennessee; Chase Budinger, GF, Arizona

I would be happy with any selection listed here... and I'm having difficulty figuring where to put Maynor and Mills because of their small school status... but both can ball. Tyler smith really has no business getting drafted by the Knicks, but he's been on my radar for a while and he can flat out ball... does a bit of everything and whichever team gets him, is going to get a lot of value

no love for Chase Budinger? he's not gonna be a star or anything but he's definitely got shooting skills & very nice size & athleticism at the SG position.

While Mr. Budinger will undoubtedly make a name for himself as a GF off the bench, I just think the Knicks would be better served going for a potential starting 1, 2, or big. However, I'd be happy with his selection so I'll list him as an hon. men. now, good catch

we can't have a two guard that can't penetrate the defense, no thanks on Chase
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

he'll be a Mike Miller type G w/more hops in the NBA... great outside shot, not that great off the dribble but plays smart & has a good feel of team style ball... he wouldn't be my first, second or even third choice w/our pick, but i'd rather have him than some of the guys that are projected to go before him in most mock drafts.
