Briggs has the right to post whatever he wants as many times as he wants. I do however think it's 100% fair for others to request that he at least attempt to consolidate posts. This way we can go back and review what joe blow thought of Prospect 1. It just makes conversations flow better. Plus it doesn't clog the board.
I just hope that people will like me

up to u guys how & where u wanna post... this ain't my forum... i'm just suggesting an idea that consolidating would make for more flowing discussion & reduce clutter... take it for what u will.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

I think this thread is 22 posts to long. H20 was fooling around on this first post and this morphed into a much longer than needed thread that should be locked at this point--no? I honestly don't care what other people do as long as its civil. Some of those posts that go 200 pages long become very distracting and most of the time go off target like 20 times. As far as the law--I predict from the Knick point of view they will take Curry[its obvious someone said something to him] and IF we dont get top 3 and Curry Derozan and Evans are gone--my wild card from the Knicks point of view[not mine] is Earl Clark. I think he's the kind of versatile big Dantoni likes[remember how he used Diaw]--who is able to make plays in and out and can handle pass and shoot. So If I had to guess what the Knicks are going to do I think it's Curry Evans or Clark. There is the hex--thread done

As one of the key reasons why many of those long posts go off target I consider myslef an expert on this topic. Here are a couple key points:

1.) by saying this thread is 22 posts to long you have ensured that this post will go on forever.
2.) I find the long posts distracting and they often times get way off target just like you said.
3.) I find 25 posts saying why people should be fired if they don't draft BJ Mullen to be equally distracting
4.) Send closk

I applaud Bip. Point number 4 needed to be said, and I am proud that Bip was man enough to stand up and say what the rest of us are all thinking.

Overall, I agree.

Can we start a new thread on this -- this one is getting too long.

This is why the Knicks need to make the playoffs next season. We can't keep spending off-seasons talking about Briggs and his posts.
