Am I correct in thinking that Frye is RFA this summer? If so, I'm not so sure it would be a terrible idea to bring him back, even if only for a short while. He's a big 4 who can rebound (a bit) and I believe would be decent in the pick and roll. Not saying that he's a difference maker, but he might do nicely in a scoring roll off the bench under

Can the Knicks look to have him included along with other players in a trade with Portland?
This really is a small issue when there are so many other huge considerations this off season, but still worth a ponder
We also need our bigs to be able to PASS (Channing is the worst), DRIBBLE (Channing can't), to DEFEND (Channing doesn't), to BLOCK SHOTS (Channing doesn't), to have a HEART (Channing doesn't). He's the last thing we need.
