Keep everybody and let Coach D and his staff prove to world that they are the best coaches in the league. Put the pressure on the coaching staff like they want the pressure on the players. If you're the best shouldn't you want to try and prove it?

This makes absolutely no sense. What difference does it make if you are the best coach if you don't have a single player that is even top 5 at his position? He's a coach, not a magician.

On Jeffries: "Helpful?" Helpful for what? Stripping the rim of paint?
Seriously, Wilcox should get all his minutes, and I'm not a big Wilcox fan.

Wilson Chandler -- KEEP

Eddy Curry -- DUMP

Chris Duhon -- LET EXPIRE

Danilo Gallinari -- KEEP

Al Harrington -- LET EXPIRE

Larry Hughes -- LET EXPIRE

Jared Jeffries -- DUMP

David Lee -- DUMP

Quentin Richardson -- LET EXPIRE

Nate Robinson -- DUMP

Chris Wilcox -- DUMP

The "LET EXPIRE" simply means unless they have to be moved to dump Jeffries or Curry, or unless a building block player becomes available, don't just trade em to trade em. Just keep them until expiry.

it's a wonder how Doc Rivers miraculously transformed into 1 of the best coaches in the game when he finally got a championship calibre roster to coach, isn't it?

Maybe that's the problem. There is no pride on the team. Everything in life shouldn't have to be perfect for one to succeed. Sometime progress can be shown by getting the most of what you have. My question is did we really do that this year? If it was me, I would want to show the world that I am more than an empty suit coaching a bunch of all-stars. Man, it used to be that coaches better players not it seems that players better coaches.

Dude, after the year we had you still think this way? Wake up, nobody in the organization cares to win with the players they have. They just care about rebuilding the team in the less amount of time and they have the right mindset. Why do you think Crawford and Randolph were traded? Who cares winning 33-39 games with a bunch of players that will never take you to the next level. If your team is as incomplete as ours is, your only objective should be changing most of the players.

Keep: Gallinari, Chandler, Lee, Duhon, Harrington,

Dump: Curry, N8, JJ2, Q, Wilcox, HUghes

Needs: Starting PG, Starting C, Starting SG (Lebron 2010)

Knicks are good at the 3-4 position with Lee, Gallo, Harrington, Chandler can maybe play 2, but most likely he is a 3. Duhon is a reserve PG.

I would love to see Walsh get another first round pick this year and 1 for Next year.

Let's say the Thunder get the second pick in the draft and Rubio is a possiblity. Would you do Lee plus our pick for him in a sign and trade.

This deal isn't terrible if Lee wants 9 million. But Rubio, Chandler, Gallo enough of a foundation?

It's so hard to gauge Lee's actual value in this league since we don't win. Nate is a take it or leave it player I like what he brings off the bench.

I think the Spurs would be a team to do a deal with in the offseason if we really want to blow things up> You could add veteran leadership if you want to get rid of Harrington in a deal for Kurt Thomas and Bruce Bowen. I don't love the deal but Harrington is too selfish and since we don't have a pick I would rather see youth with actual veterans.

I think looking to get Rubio from the team that acquires the 2nd pick is something this team very seriously needs to consider

No because Rubio isn't Magic Johnson. Rubio is a nice prospect but hasn't done anything in his career that screams that he can come in and instantly make a team better right away. If he has to be develop like any other guard then you don't make that deal.

His career shooting and FT percentages are just putrid. His assist to turnover ratio isn't that great either. Don't fool yourself he is a project player at the point position. I wouldn't go crazy making deals to move up to get him. He is a very good defender though. If the Knicks get the 2nd pick then ok but I would still hope the team brings in other lottery talent point guards and have a serious competition in seeing just how effectively they can run an offense.
