what he meant to say was, ". . . . any girl allanfan'd enough to actually accept my marriage proposal is fine by me, regardless of age, nationality, race, basketball IQ, criminal record, psychiatric diagnosis, number of limbs intact, actual gender, etc, etc, etc . . . .

That's pretty crazy. It's hard to fathom that so many would disapprove.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

I'd recommend the whole thing... the main criticism is the book assumes malicious intent by the powers to be. Having said that, its aim is to do the previously undone: tell the untold story.

I figured you'd read at least some after that post. And I agree with you that it should be in secondary education. I personally think it should be required reading. It's an eye opener, for certain. I imagine I would have challenged my interaction with the world had I been thinking in those terms at 17 or 18

I don't think there's a reason to be against it. There's alot of old thinking though that can make it difficult between families.

By what code of ethics?
By my code, yes, it's ethical, and it's also ethical for the person to refuse to reply (although I would view that as cowardly).
