Are we seriously griping about playing time for the 10 Day contract guys? In time if they've really got game they'll play for MDA. Anyway is this really something to bash MDA over? When Walsh finally adds the pieces we need and this team is winning big will any of these minor issues even be raised.

News flash, we didn't bring MDA in to worry about extra playing time for D leaguers at the end of another lost season. He's here for when we have the needed talent to win. Just like you don't really worry about Phil Jackson coaching a bad team. All you need to know is how he handles a good team, which is what we want to be. Walsh and MDA aren't planning on taking the slow long road to building this thing. That's why we have the cap space. So we can try to grab proven talent to put with our own talent.

His post is absolutely correct though. They are freaking D-Leaguers. MDA has said countless times that he's trying to win these games. He's not going to give them much playing time unless we're getting blown out like last night. And it's not his fault that they freaking suck. And he's a winning coach anyway. Should we expect him to be an expert at handling a rebuilding team. We brought him in for the day that we'll be good and to also change the culture of the team.

There was no point to this season at any given period. We weren't going to do anything special even if we made the playoffs with a sub .500 record. At this point, everything is going just as expected. Heck, we even improved a little. We won 23 last year under Isiah with Curry AND Randolph AND Crawford. This year, we won 30 at least, without those guys, nor an upgrade from those guys. As crazy as it sounds, it's actually an accomplishment. We have nothing on this roster, yet one more with a lot of talent. WTF?
